Tracey joins us with over 20 years of experience in the RTO and training administration sector.  With extensive expertise in people leadership, compliance, strategic planning, and client relationship management, Tracey ensures the highest standards in training delivery and operational excellence.

 

As GM of Training Delivery, Tracey brings extensive leadership experience to her role. She previously served as National Training Manager at Komatsu Training Academy for more than five years before joining Competency Training, where she has played a key role in building a strong team culture, driving profitability, and maintaining a focus on quality and compliance. Holding a Graduate Diploma in Management (Learning), Tracey is dedicated to advancing training excellence and supporting sustainable business growth.
