Management and Coordination of Work Parties and Field Operators - Adaptive
Description
The purpose of this module is to help the student to understand the importance of managing and coordinating various work parties in the electricity supply industry. Please note, this is a non-accredited course and upon successful completion, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion – Management and Coordination of Work Parties and Field Operators.
In this course, participants will develop the skills and knowledge as stipulated in the following:
- Explain the importance of coordination and collaboration
- Identify work parties across operational boundaries
- List the rules and procedures when coordinating work parties
- Explain how unique events should be coordinated
- Explain the concept of incident management
- Identify recognised coordination practices

Operators and contractors engaged in the management and coordination of work parties in the electrical industry.
