As we continue to strengthen our organisation and focus on building capability, we’re looking for a highly organised Program Coordinator to oversee the national delivery of our ESI Qualifications training programs and play a key role in shaping our future.
About the Role
As the Program Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, compliant, and customer-focused delivery of our ESI qualifications, from enrolment through to completion.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, trainers, clients, and stakeholders to coordinate program delivery, maintain compliance standards, and support strong commercial outcomes through accurate forecasting, quoting, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is passionate about creating efficient systems and positive learner experiences.
Responsibilities include:

Support financial management and performance, eg forecasting.

Contribute to sales, BD and marketing initiatives in collaboration with others, including new service offerings.

Develop customer quotes and proposals.

Support the development and maintenance of relationships with customers and stakeholders.

End-to-end coordination of ESI qualifications, including: enrolment support, scheduling & logistics, completion and records management, invoicing and managing our Auspice agreements.

Knowledge and experience

Experience in a complex coordination role.

Client management experience.

Commercial acumen and experience in contracts, financial analysis, and reporting.

Ideally, prior experience in an RTO or Training Services organisation.
