Welcome to The Bridge - your Workforce Compliance management portal

BRIDGE LOGIN

The Bridge is our online Workforce Compliance management Portal - enabling Networks/Asset Owners and their Contractors to manage workforce training, licences, and authorisation compliance.
Access to this platform is available to our Clients free of charge and is designed to offer ease of use, transparency and flexibility as your needs evolve.
Your workers’ evidence, such as training certificates, authorisations and licences, can be uploaded and easily assessed against your nominated Skill Sets or training matrices.
A dashboard will highlight gaps in skills via a traffic light system. A green tick signifies compliance. Missing or out of date information is flagged with a red cross, and an orange exclamation mark flags an upcoming expiry of a licence or competency.
Electronic Library
The Bridge becomes your online electronic library for your workers. Evidence such as training records, inductions, licences and log books can be easily uploaded.
These documents can be batch downloaded and sent to Clients and other third parties.
Mobile App and Worker Card
The Bridge supports a mobile phone App so that each Employee can easily access and display records and compliance against required Skill Sets.
We can also issue individuals with a Worker Card with a QR code linking back to the individual’s records on The Bridge.

Contractor Management
The Bridge provides a simple approach to monitoring compliance of Contractor Workforces.
The Contracting Company is invited to join The Bridge, upload the records of a nominated work party and immediately demonstrate compliance against the skills and authorisations required to work on the Asset, Network or Project.
Fees
The Bridge is RelyOn Australia's initiative to support our Clients. There is no charge for ongoing access to this platform. If your workers have trained with us, then your nominated administrators may view these records and associated certificates.
Further Information
If you would like to setup additional workers, obtain a Worker Card, amend or establish specific Skill Sets, or upload third party records, please call our office to discuss fees and services.

Safe Access Procedures and Switching Programs

We prepare (or audit existing) High Voltage Safe Access Procedures and associated Switching Instructions for new and existing generation facilities.
Provision of Safe Access systems ensures that site employees and contractors can access HV apparatus in a safe and effective manner.
Procedures are prepared (and assessed) to be consistent with:

  1. State Acts, Regulations and Codes of Practice

  2. State Connection Guidelines for High Voltage Connections and Embedded Generators

  3. Company operational procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out procedures

  4. Company installed equipment and manufacturers manuals

  5. Industry best practice

Risk Assessment

Our senior consultants can facilitate risk assessment workshops prior to significant events such as a major outage affecting high voltage plant.

From RelyOn Australia's experience, individual contractors should be made aware of the hazards associated with their tasks, and the potential hazard exposure these activities pose to other working parties, particularly when working in shared areas or interacting between multiple work parties.

The objective of these workshops is to incorporate the schedules of each contractor and the general arrangements and layout drawings into the workshop. This information can be used to identify who will be where on site, and what hazards will be present during the outage. This process provides a timeline and spatial aspect to the risk assessments.

Management Consulting

With many years’ experience as Senior Power and Utility managers, our team can provide expert management consulting to help our clients address the current and future needs of their business and provide optimal solutions, in particular we can assist with:

  1. Business case preparation, development and implementation

  2. Bid management (including drafting requests for tender)

  3. Operational reviews

  4. Strategic planning

  5. Commercial Contract Review and Negotiation

Lock Out Tag Out

The development and implementation of LOTO procedures provides an additional level of diligence to safe access systems on site and includes operational lock procedures for associated electrical and mechanical plant.
RelyOn Australia can design and implement a LOTO procedure to meet the needs of site specific maintenance operations.
In developing LOTO procedures, our aim is to:

  1. Draw on industry best practice

  2. Integrate with the existing Company policies and procedures

  3. Integrate with existing operational lock procedures

  4. Integrate with existing permit and JSA procedures

  5. Utilise our Company’s experience with other power industry clients to develop the required elements of the procedure
