John Kelso
Managing Director, RelyOn Australia
John is a highly accomplished business leader with over 40 years of experience in the utilities sector.
He possesses a proven track record of establishing high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional results. He is deeply committed to collaborating with individuals to drive positive change. John brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, employee engagement, change management, project/program management, and works management solutions.
John’s most recent experience includes seven years as the CEO of Powerplant Project Services, an electrical consulting business, where he led the operational improvement and strategic development of the company that resulted in growth from a team of 35 people to more than 120 staff, with a similar increase in financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, John ran Select Solutions (rebranded to Mondo), which is the external services arm of AusNet. John established Select Solution in 2009 and led the growth of the business to over 1,100 technically diverse staff delivering specialist asset intelligence, telecommunications, and metering services to electricity, gas, water, and rail businesses until 2016.
John holds a MBA in Business Administration and is recognised as an industry leader in electricity utilities industry.

Tracey Campbell
GM Training Delivery
Tracey joins us with over 20 years of experience in the RTO and training administration sector. With extensive expertise in people leadership, compliance, strategic planning, and client relationship management, Tracey ensures the highest standards in training delivery and operational excellence.

As GM of Training Delivery, Tracey brings extensive leadership experience to her role. She previously served as National Training Manager at Komatsu Training Academy for more than five years before joining Competency Training, where she has played a key role in building a strong team culture, driving profitability, and maintaining a focus on quality and compliance. Holding a Graduate Diploma in Management (Learning), Tracey is dedicated to advancing training excellence and supporting sustainable business growth.

Torbin Harring
Director,Chief Executive Officer - RelyOn Nutec
Torben is CEO of the RelyOn Nutec Group, the world’s leading provider of safety training to the energy sector. Torben comes with extensive experience in general management of international businesses, strategy, finance and M&A.
During his career, he has held various management positions with large international companies such as Falck, Dong Energy (now Ørsted), Rockwool International and DLG Group.

Erica Peters
Organisational Development Manager
Erica is an accomplished HR Manager with over a decade of experience in the field of human resources.
Erica began her HR career at the Lawn Tennis Association UK and since then has worked primarily within the energy sector. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented HR strategies that align with company goals, enhanced employee engagement, and fostered a positive workplace culture.
Erica's proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills have made her a trusted advisor and an invaluable asset to her team, providing leadership and support to the broader RelyOn Australia business.

Vijen Subramoney
GM Safety, Compliance and Asset Management
Vijen is a motivated professional with critical thinking proficiency and extensive leadership and management experience. He is a natural people leader, has successfully formed high-performing teams, and has an aptitude for optimizing team performance and motivating colleagues.
Over the years Vijen has gained a complementary mix of extensive industry and academic experience. Having worked as a Design Engineer, Training Manager, National Evaluation Manager, Academic Director, Regional Manager, as well as provided expert Educational Services as a consultant, Vijen has built trusted relationships with key stakeholders utilizing his strengths, skills, and experience in operational and strategic management, effective communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, compliance management, and project management.
Vijen is a registered Electrician, an Agile Certified Professional and a certified Project Management Professional. He holds diplomas in Electrical Engineering, Adult Education and Project Management.
