Australian Qualification Pathways

Through our RTO registration, we create pathways for eligible domestic and overseas-trained workers to achieve Australian qualifications or statements of attainment within our scope of registration.

We assess existing skills and experience against the relevant requirements, recognise demonstrated competence through Recognition of Prior Learning where appropriate, and provide targeted training and assessment for remaining gaps. This helps employers make better use of existing workforce capability while preparing workers for Australian operational requirements.

A pathway may include:

•         Review of previous training, qualifications and workplace experience.
•         Evidence collection through work records, interviews, practical demonstration and supervisor input.
•         Recognition of Prior Learning and credit transfer where applicable.
•         Gap training contextualised to Australian requirements and the employer’s workplace.
•         Assessment and issuance of the relevant qualification or statement of attainment once all requirements are met.

Overseas experience and qualifications are assessed individually. Available pathways depend on the training product, evidence, learner eligibility and any applicable licensing requirements.
