Teacher was excellent, very knowledgeable, very personable, didn’t shut people down.
Absolute 10/10. When training people to be an assessor he should be the model they learn how to be like.

I've done this course a number of times and it can sometimes drag. The trainer made the course enjoyable and relevant to my job.
